Shopping with us  

You’ll have to log in with a Facebook account or to register an account with us before placing an order.

Choose the product you want
You can select the colours and quantity of the items you wish to purchase on the product info page and then add them to the shopping cart.

Shopping cart
You can check your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon on the up-right side of the page; you can then proceed your purchase at this point or continue shopping if you wish.
*You can edit the shopping cart to change the quantity, colours or delete items

Payment
There are three payment methods we provide: credit cards, online/ATM transactions, or to make payment in certain convenience stores (7-11/ Family mart).


Check out
Please make sure the following information on check-out page are correct so that we can process your order as soon as possible: Name Contact numbers Delivery address Number of floor(with/without lift). Any parking or delivery restrictions we should be aware of.


Confirm your order
Please make sure the items, colours, quantity, total amount and delivery information are all correct before proceeding the order. 

Order number
You will receive your order number at this point. Please click ‘payment’ to complete your payment.
*Please note that stock will not be held until payment is completed.

Payment complete
After the payment is completed, we will inform you the expected delivery date via phone or email within 2 days.
*We aim to deliver any in-stock products within 1~2 weeks depending on the areas. The team will contact you a day before the delivery date.

Delivery charge
Please check the delivery charge (including assembly) from this chart.
Please note that it costs extra if there is no lift in the building. 

Please note
1. All prices shown on our website are fixed prices (taxes included).
2. There will be delivery charge if you wish us to deliver the order to you.
3. Customised products will be delivered once the items are produced. Please note that cusotomised products can not be returned or exchanged once order is placed.
4. Some clearance products come without package.
5. Please make sure the size of the furniture you purchase can pass through your hallway, doorway, lift or stairwell, etc.
6. We don’t provide recycle/disposal serves. Please contact your local recycle companies if necessary.
7. Any legal rights and benefits relate to Youlige Furniture Ltd. will be handled by our legal team.
